- Gary is a local favorite for his soulful music which is a delightful combination of light jazz and blues. His most recent residency was at New Village Arts in Carlsbad. Every other Wednesday, Gary would perform and host a different group of musicians thus the name "Gary & Friends". Each performance was a unique experience that featured different elements of musical styles, rhythms and improvisation. Gary has truly created a platform where artists can connect, learn and grow together to share their talents. As a result of his experience with multiple combinations of musicians, Gary can fill the needs of any type of venue with simple duos, trios, groups, or as a solo instrumentalist.
